Lead sales growth at Pink Triangle Press as the Head of Sales & Business Development in Toronto. This role requires a dynamic leader to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. In this high-impact position, you will oversee sales initiatives, develop business strategies, and manage a small team. With a significant focus on community outreach and collaboration, you will leverage PTP's unique digital properties to maximize revenue. Your goal is to foster relationships, engage audiences, and ensure commercial sustainability through innovative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
Close deals to drive revenue across all PTP properties
Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships
Manage and motivate sales personnel to exceed targets
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

8 to 10 years of senior-level sales experience
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
Knowledge of LGBTQ2S+ market dynamics
Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to create impactful sales presentations

Generate supportive partnerships and revenue opportunities while furthering PTP’s mission of celebrating queer and trans lives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
