Graph AI RAG Engineer - Wealth AI Platform

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Graph RAG AI Engineer to support the development and advancement of Wealth AI platforms. This position involves designing sophisticated graph-based retrieval solutions and knowledge graph architectures that enable complex wealth advisory, compliance, and client intelligence workflows, providing a critical edge in the competitive wealth management landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Graph RAG architectures to enhance data integration and retrieval capabilities
• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines including data ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and content generation
• Develop and maintain enterprise knowledge graphs utilizing wealth domain data
• Implement graph-enhanced retrieval strategies that combine vector search with graph traversal techniques
• Support entity resolution and relationship modeling across various wealth data sources
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices to support AI platform functionalities
• Collaborate effectively with AI engineers, data teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Optimize retrieval accuracy, improve explainability, and reduce hallucination in AI outputs
• Support deployment of robust enterprise-grade AI systems in regulated environments

Desired Skill-Set

• Proven experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines in production
• Hands-on expertise with Graph RAG architectures and knowledge graph modeling
• Proficiency with graph databases such as Neo4j, Cosmos DB Gremlin, Neptune, or TigerGraph
• Strong understanding of graph traversal and knowledge graph principles
• Experience working with vector databases and hybrid retrieval strategies
• Advanced Python engineering skills
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms or other cloud-native AI environments
• Knowledge of AI explainability, evaluation frameworks, and reduction of AI hallucinations

Nice to Have

• Experience with wealth management or capital markets workflows
• Background supporting client onboarding, KYC, suitability, or portfolio management processes
• Experience with multi-hop reasoning and graph-enhanced contextual retrieval
• Practical knowledge of deploying enterprise Generative AI platforms into production environments
• Exposure to LangChain or Semantic Kernel frameworks
• Experience with model fine-tuning or domain adaptation
• Familiarity with synthetic data generation or AI testing frameworks
