URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Experienced Nanny Needed In Airdrie, Alberta $20/Hour

I’m looking for a reliable babysitter in Airdrie to help with my 4-year-old daughter during the first three weeks of September, with the possibility of occasional babysitting afterwards if it’s a good fit. The main responsibility for the first three weeks would be to pick her up from daycare and bring her home, then stay with her until her older siblings get home from school. Because daycare pickup is involved, you would need to have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence. My daughter is autistic, has ADHD, and is minimally verbal. She is a sweet, active little girl who loves to play and does well in her familiar home environment. She understands a lot of what is said to her and can communicate some of her needs, although her spoken language is still developing. I’m ideally looking for someone who is patient, attentive, dependable, and comfortable with neurodivergent children. Previous experience with autistic children, childcare, education, therapy, respite care, or other additional needs would be a big plus. She has two neurotypical older siblings, ages 10 and 16, but the childcare is for her only. Her siblings are independent and do not require babysitting. Requirements/preferences:

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

• References
• First Aid and CPR certification would be a great asset
