Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice (313A)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technical savvy Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to support our growing team in the delivery of industrial refrigeration systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is working towards a 313A Refrigeration Mechanic license, and who is willing to grow within a supportive team.
This is a full-time position open to qualified candidates living in the GTA. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute, learn, and build their career in a specialized, in-demand field. Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems, with a focus on CO2 and ammonia systems.
- Performing preventive maintenance checks to keep things running smoothly and safely.
- Diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Communicating professionally with customers, because we’re here to solve problems and build trust.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs—yes, we know paperwork isn’t the fun part, but it matters.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Technical Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Understanding of refrigeration and its' components
- Knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems through trade school is a strong asset
- Understanding of electrical components and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid G License
Professional Skills:

- Ability to manage time and adapt to shifting project priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work
