We are a small Mexican-Canadian family in Vancouver. The three of us: me, my husband, and our baby. My baby is almost 11 months old. He is a happy, active, curious baby who loves music, and exploring everything around him. We speak Spanish at home, so a caregiver who can speak Spanish with him is a lovely bonus, though not a requirement. We are looking for full-time weekday care starting September/October 2026, when I return to work. We want someone who is genuinely engaged with our baby, not just present. What we care about: gentle, responsive care, plenty of talking and reading, time outdoors, and a steady daily rhythm. Our baby does best with routine, and we keep one at home. If this sounds like a good fit, we would love to meet you. We are kind, communicative, and easy to work with, and we treat the people who care for our baby as part of our family.
