Your expertise in precision design and robust process development will be crucial. Engage with CAD design, perform tolerance analyses, and oversee the prototyping and production phases of groundbreaking electro-photonic chips. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design using CAD tools like SolidWorks
- Conduct tolerance stack-up analyses and apply GD&T principles
- Develop precision tooling and assembly fixtures for R&D
- Optimize semiconductor packaging for performance and cost
- Create automation scripts for testing and measurement workflows
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 7+ years experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in CAD and tolerance analysis principles
- Strong background in precision fixturing and fabrication
- Familiarity with BOM management in a PDM system
