Als service monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoud bij klanten in België en Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat de apparatuur goed functioneert en klanten tevreden zijn met de geleverde service.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Oplossen van storingen aan apparatuur bij klanten in België en Nederland
Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om problemen te voorkomen
Zorgen voor een goede communicatie met klanten en collega's
Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en eventuele verbeterpunten
Vereisten:
Technische achtergrond en ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
Zelfstandig kunnen werken en beslissingen kunnen nemen
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
Bereidheid om te reizen binnen België en Nederland
Als service monteur speel je een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van de tevredenheid van onze klanten door het snel en efficiënt oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. We zoeken iemand met:
Een diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of elektrotechniek .
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (pré).
Een klantgerichte, probleemoplossende houding en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
Vloeiend Nederlands en praktische kennis van Engels .
Computervaardigheden (minimaal MS Office).
Kennis van PLC‑programmering (bij voorkeur Siemens) is een pré, geen must.
