We are currently looking to grow our production team with a motivated Fabricator / Welder who takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship and wants to scale their career alongside a dynamic, growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and custom welding of aluminum marine structures and components.
• Read, interpret, and work from basic blueprints, industrial shop drawings, or layouts.
• Operate standard fabrication shop machinery, equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, strictly organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Flexibility for occasional travel to support specialized off-site installations or projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Attitude First: Eager to learn, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of personal initiative.
• Reliable & Responsible: Excellent attendance, consistently on time, and absolute accountability for your tasks.
• Driving Record: A clean commercial/personal driving abstract is requested.
• Aluminum Welding: Prior experience with aluminum welding is considered a strong asset, but we will train candidates with the right baseline skill or aptitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for field deployments or client site projects is an asset.
