Capital Investment Strategy Associate Director

Toronto Pearson International Airport

Toronto Pearson is transforming, and this role as Associate Director, Capital Investment Strategy reports to the Executive Director, Capital Planning. You will lead the capital investments function, build decision-ready investment recommendations, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities across the airport's portfolio.

You will develop complex financial models (NPV, IRR, ROIC) and guide governance, with a focus on affordability, risk, and delivery capacity, partnering with senior leaders
