Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion, with full accountability for client experience, financial performance, and overall project success.Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through completion with overall accountability for outcomes.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and contracts.
- Act as the primary client contact and lead all communication.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.
- Monitor project performance including financials, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Lead client and internal project meetings.
- Manage change orders, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide direction to Site Managers on priorities and sequencing.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and company standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
