Lead the preparation and delivery of electrical design packages.Develop equipment layouts, cable routing, grounding, lighting, and installation drawingsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to design team membersCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsParticipate in design reviews, model reviews, and client meetingsEnsure compliance with project requirements, codes, and industry standardsSupport project execution from design through construction and commissioningIdentify opportunities to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and constructabilitySuccessful candidates will have
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Design, or a related disciplineBring significant electrical design experience within EPC, EPCM, or industrial environmentsDemonstrate previous experience leading design teams or acting as a discipline leadPossess strong experience supporting mining, oil & gas, chemicals, power, or infrastructure projectsApply expertise in electrical layouts, cable tray routing, grounding, lighting, and installation designUtilize AutoCAD and modern 3D design platforms such as AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant, or RevitExhibit strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsCollaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project environments
