Supply Chain Manager Capital Projects

Shape supply chain performance for Fluor capital projects through material planning, supplier coordination, and commercial procurement leadership. Travel may be required.As a Material Manager, you will manage supply chain activities supporting project objectives, schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Your work spans material planning, procurement coordination, expediting, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and readiness tracking. You will assess risks, resolve supplier issues, and align contractual obligations with project needs.Key Responsibilities:
Develop material management plans aligned with project baselinesEstablish responsibility matrices for project material accountabilityAssess supply chain risks with cross-functional project teamsPrepare forecasts, status reports, and performance metricsSupport commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract discussionsRequirements:
14+ years of progressive material or supply chain experienceBackground in EPC, EPCM, industrial, energy, mining, infrastructure, or constructionExperience managing supplier performance and project schedule risksStrong commercial acumen and contract administration experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in project-driven environmentsBring supply chain strategy, supplier management, and commercial judgment to Fluor’s large, complex capital project requirements.
