Actuarial AI Consultant

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys improving the way actuarial teams work—not just building models, but rethinking processes, leveraging data, and introducing new technologies to drive better business outcomes.
What you'll be involved in
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across actuarial and insurance functions
- Partner with actuarial, finance, technology, and business teams to improve workflows and solve business problems
- Identify opportunities to streamline modelling, reporting, valuation, pricing, or other actuarial processes
- Translate business requirements into practical AI or data-driven solutions
- Support digital transformation, process improvement, and innovation projects
- Work alongside technical teams to implement new tools, platforms, and automation capabilities
- Promote best practices around AI adoption, governance, and change management
Ideal background
- 5+ years of experience within insurance or actuarial
- Curious mindset with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Experience working across both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous involvement in transformation, system implementation, process redesign, or innovation projects would be highly valued
