  • Provide legal advice on employment agreements and termination issues
  • Advise on regulatory compliance with occupational health and safety
  • Support internal workplace assessments and investigations
  • Offer legal guidance to internal stakeholders and teams
  • Assist with immigration matters affecting employees
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a recognized institution
  • Membership in a Canadian law society
  • Minimum five years in labour and employment law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide clear legal advice under pressure
