Industrial Network Operations Analyst

Support Suncor’s industrial connectivity services as a Network Analyst working from Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Use ITIL practices and operational technology experience.This Network Analyst works within a multi-tiered support team serving private LTE, Wi-Fi, and wired infrastructure. You will collaborate with Tier 1-3 analysts, field support teams, and vendors while monitoring network performance. Responsibilities include incident triage, service requests, network documentation, reporting, disaster recovery planning, patching, and upgrades.Key Responsibilities:
Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidentsMonitor alarms and network health across connectivity infrastructureMaintain accurate documentation and operational metrics reportingParticipate in disaster recovery planning and firmware patchingSupport onboarding of new network services and infrastructureRequirements:
Three or more years of network operations or infrastructure support experienceIndustrial or operational technology environment experienceFamiliarity with ITIL service management practicesExperience with wireless technologies and SIM managementKnowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant systemsApply industrial network operations experience to Suncor’s pLTE, Wi-Fi, wired infrastructure, and multi-tiered support environment.
