Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented fast learner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the immigration consultant in providing services to clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Duties:- Support consultants in project execution and client interactions- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports- Assist in developing presentations and proposals- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents- Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette
Experience:- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is beneficial- Proficiency in typing, proofreading, and data entry- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
Language Requirement (in addition to English):
- Able to read & write in Chinese; Mandarin speaking preferred
