Inside Sales Specialist for Slurry Products
Metso
Transform customer interactions at Metso as an Inside Sales Specialist focusing on slurry handling products. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with sales to support customer inquiries and quotations. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will engage with customers in the mining and mineral processing industries. Your technical product knowledge and commercial awareness will drive business growth through effective solutions. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, you'll enhance customer relationships and identify aftermarket opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer inquiries and quotations for slurry handling equipment
- Review customer needs and installed equipment for fitting solutions
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and aftermarket services
- Clarify technical information with customers and stakeholders
- Prepare complex quotations including scope and pricing
- Experience in technical sales or customer-centric roles
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Knowledge of slurry handling products is a plus
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience preferred
