Bartender/Mixologist

Responsibilities

·       Adheres to Serving it Right standards while providing an exceptional food and beverage experience

·       Attends to guests in the bar and lounge as needed

·       Crafts alcoholic beverages for 75 West Coast Grill Restaurant/Bar guests with creativity and attention to detail

·       Promotes food and beverage program with enthusiasm

·       Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food/drink

·       Responsible for cash/credit transactions and ensures all cash-handling procedures are followed diligently and with care and attention

·       Maintains bar stock levels and prepares and cleans bar as needed

·       Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to resolve guest matters

·       Supports the Food & Beverage team as needed

·       Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Good knowledge of food, wine, spirits and craft beer with at least 2+ years bartending experience preferred. 
• Full-time/regular positions require open availability , however shifts are typically in the afternoon/evenings, where weekends and stat holidays are non-negotiable particularly during major holidays where *blackout time off is expected*.
• A trustworthy and reliable individual is mandatory.
• WSET certificate great asset.
• Polished, professional presentation and etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
• Consistently demonstrates an outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Technical skills should include experience with Micros or a similar POS System
• Must be highly organized, work well under pressure and be detail oriented.
• “Serving it Right” certification required.
