AI-Driven Legal Product Architect

Carta

Carta is hiring a Legal Product Builder to work with engineers and product managers on AI-powered legal tools. You will translate complex legal judgement into actionable AI workflows, develop evaluation criteria, and help agents perform accurate, trustworthy work.

You’ll prototype new capabilities and collaborate across teams to shape next steps. The role emphasizes hybrid work, equity, and a market-competitive package, with autonomy and direct impact on how legal services are delivered in
