Capitalize on your immigration law expertise as a Business Immigration Associate at Fragomen. This hybrid role involves client interaction, case strategy development, and compliance management. As a Business Immigration Associate, you'll work in a diverse and collegial environment, honing your skills alongside industry experts. Your responsibilities will encompass developing strategies, communicating with clients, and supporting immigration program management. You’ll also assess eligibility for visa statuses and mentor junior associates while continually enhancing operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop case strategies through research and drafting
- Communicate with clients on case processing issues
- Assess corporate foreign national visa eligibility
- Draft legal documents based on established precedents
- Mentor junior associates and support team projects
- U.S. JD or LLM required
- 2-3 years of immigration law experience
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
