QA Lead for Allegro Application

Cognizant seeks a QA Lead with robust Allegro application expertise in Calgary, AB. This on-site role focuses on driving end-to-end testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration. In this QA Lead position, you will own the complete testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to defect management. Your key responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders, developing test strategies, and facilitating user acceptance testing. Utilizing your skills in SQL and API testing, you'll ensure software quality and support test automation initiatives where possible. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cycles
• Log, track, and manage defects until resolution
• Act as liaison between business and QA teams
• Produce status reports on testing progress and quality metrics Requirements:
• Proven experience with Allegro application
• Strong background in energy and trading domain
• Proficiency in SQL and API testing
• Expertise in business analysis and STLC
• Legal authorization to work in Canada Drive quality assurance and enhance the software delivery process as a QA Lead at Cognizant.
