• Assess concrete and aggregate quality with detailed reporting
• Uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Implement quality assurance practices across job sites
• Record and communicate performance metrics effectively
• Support technical product inquiries from sales and operations

• Education in secondary school with construction experience
• Preferably post-secondary education in Civil technology or engineering
• Familiarity with Windows software tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Capable of lifting 40 pounds and following safety guidelines
