Job Responsibility:
About the Role: We're looking for a skilled individual to handle shipping/receiving logistics and custom crate building for our finished sign products. This is a hybrid role requiring carpentry skills, physical ability, and attention to shipping details.

Responsibilities:
- Build custom crates/skids and package signs securely
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing product
- Handle shipping documentation and inventory logging
- Load/unload trailers, operate forklifts/telehandlers
- Maintain clean, safe shipping area
- General yard/shop support
Qualifications:
- Carpentry experience required
- Valid Class 5 Licence (clean abstract)
- Forklift, skid steer, or telehandler experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- English not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
