Golf Shop Associate

Job Responsibility:

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Associate to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase products, and contribute to a positive golf experience.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting golfers with inquiries and purchases- Answer the phone, address inquiries and book tee times in an efficient, customer focused fashion- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and tasks

Skills- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members- Experience in retail sales or related customer-facing roles- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

- Golf knowledge is considered a strong asset- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 4 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
