Site Supervisor with Leadership in Construction

Lead construction projects as a Site Supervisor, overseeing workers and ensuring safety protocols. This role requires preparation of reports and project coordination on-site. Seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of 3-4 workers, managing project schedules, and conducting apprenticeships. You will also be involved in recruiting and hiring efforts, providing essential training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare production and project reports for management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of construction workers
- Co-ordinate activity schedules to optimize site productivity
- Oversee and facilitate apprenticeship training initiatives
- Recruit, hire, and conduct necessary staffing actions
- High school graduation certificate required
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Capacity to estimate costs and manage materials
