Expected Start Date: November 09, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Victoria Hospital City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Operating Room Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 01, 2027 FTE: 0.36 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 10 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job : The Clinical Educator integrates skills and knowledge from nursing theory and principles of adult learning in the provision of direct patient care, clinical coordination, clinical problem-solving, education and research for a defined group of patients and/or programs. The incumbent will: Provide leadership that is visible, pro-active and provides the delivery of client care through the application of practice standards. In consultation with the site director of home care/community team managers, the individual is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning , implementing and evaluating designated educational activities/programs either facility-based and/or region wide. They will use a consultative approach with evidenced based research to provide support to home care staff. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Previous experience in nursing education is required
- Experience with planning, implementation, quality monitoring and evaluation.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
