Senior Contract Administrator for Infrastructure Development Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator with a minimum of 10 years’ experience focused on civil construction. In this role, you will engage with project managers and clients while managing vital contract processes and aligning departmental initiatives with project goals. Your ability to conduct constructability reviews and direct field operations will ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute contract administration for civil projects
• Liaise with project managers and external stakeholders
• Supervise field staff to deliver project goals
• Conduct reviews on highway and bridge projects
• Collaborate on developing project policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Certification as OACETT ‘rcca’ or P.Eng. required
• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering
• Experience with large municipal transportation contracts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong management and conflict resolution abilities
