Présentation du poste
Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) Manager de centre de loisirs sportifs pour assurer la gestion globale de son établissement dédié aux activités sportives et récréatives.
Véritable responsable de centre, vous serez chargé(e) de superviser les opérations quotidiennes, d'encadrer les équipes et de développer les activités commerciales, tout en garantissant une expérience client de qualité.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec la direction canadienne et disposerez d'une autonomie importante dans le pilotage de votre établissement.
Vos principales responsabilités
Management et gestion des équipes
- Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et à la formation des collaborateurs.
- Encadrer, mobiliser et accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
- Organiser les horaires et répartir les priorités opérationnelles.
- Favoriser la cohésion et le développement des compétences.
Gestion administrative et financière
- Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget annuel.
- Contrôler les dépenses, les coûts et la rentabilité du centre.
- Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des opérations.
- Analyser les résultats et proposer des actions d'optimisation.
Développement commercial
- Déployer les actions commerciales et marketing.
- Développer et faire évoluer les offres et services proposés.
- Identifier les opportunités de développement sur le marché local.
- Contribuer à la fidélisation et à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
Gestion des opérations et satisfaction client
- Superviser les activités sportives, ligues, événements et programmes jeunesse.
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'établissement.
- Gérer les demandes, réclamations et suggestions des clients.
- Entretenir les relations avec les partenaires et fournisseurs.
Qualité, sécurité et performance
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des améliorations.
- Garantir la propreté, la sécurité et le bon entretien des installations.
- Veiller au respect des procédures et des réglementations applicables.
Profil recherché
- Expérience significative en gestion opérationnelle et management d'équipe.
- Expérience dans un environnement de loisirs, sportif, hôtelier ou commercial : un atout.
- Bonnes compétences en gestion budgétaire et suivi de la performance.
- Sens commercial et orientation satisfaction client.
- Leadership, autonomie, organisation et capacité à prendre des initiatives.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques.
- Anglais courant requis ; français fortement apprécié.
Poste bilingue, clientèle anglophone et francophone.
