Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) opérateur(trice) de découpeuse laser CNC possédant une excellente compréhension du procédé de coupe laser.
La personne sélectionnée sera responsable d'opérer l'équipement, d'assurer la qualité des pièces produites et, surtout, d'analyser et d'optimiser les paramètres de coupe en fonction du comportement réel du processus.
Ce poste requiert une capacité à interpréter ce qui se passe lors de la coupe en temps réel, afin d'effectuer des ajustements précis et d'assurer une production efficace, stable et de haute qualité.
Responsabilités principales
Opérer la découpeuse laser CNC selon les plans et les spécifications
Effectuer les réglages initiaux et les ajustements en cours de production
Surveiller activement la qualité de coupe pendant l'opération
Diagnostiquer les problèmes de coupe et apporter les corrections nécessaires
Optimiser les paramètres à partir de tables existantes (vitesse, puissance, gaz, focalisation)
Inspecter les pièces et assurer le respect des standards de qualité
Effectuer l'entretien de base de la machine (buses, lentilles, nettoyage, etc.)
Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité
Compétence essentielle - Analyse du procédé de coupe
Le candidat doit démontrer une compréhension concrète du procédé de découpe laser et être capable d'interpréter les signes visibles et auditifs lors de la coupe.
Observation et interprétation
Lire la qualité de coupe à partir des étincelles, du bruit et du comportement du matériau
Détecter rapidement les anomalies :
Bavures
Mauvaise pénétration
Étincelles anormales (remontantes ou irrégulières)
Coupe instable ou incomplète
Ajustement et optimisation
Ajuster efficacement :
Vitesse de coupe
Puissance laser
Pression et type de gaz
Position et hauteur focale
Corriger des paramètres sans repartir à zéro
Améliorer les tables de coupe pour augmenter la performance et réduire les coûts
Diagnostic technique
Comprendre la relation entre les paramètres et les résultats
Identifier la cause d'un problème (et non seulement les rapporter)
Appliquer une logique de cause à effet dans les ajustements
Connaissances requises
Procédé de découpe laser (fusion, évacuation du métal, rôle du gaz)
Différences entre les matériaux :
Acier doux, acier inoxydable, aluminium
Paramètres critiques :
Puissance, vitesse, focalisation, gaz
Métrologie et contrôle qualité
Notions d'usinage CNC
Compétences clés
Sens aigu de l'observation
Esprit analytique et logique
Autonomie dans la résolution de problèmes
Rigueur et précision
Bonne prise de décision en temps réel
Conscience des coûts (machine, consommables, entretien)
Formation et expérience
DEP en usinage, fabrication mécanique ou équivalent (atout)
Expérience pertinente en découpe laser CNC
Expérience avec machines (ex. : Durma, Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada) - un atout
