Relevant du superviseur de la maintenance, la personne aura comme principales responsabilités de réparer, modifier, d’entretenir et de nettoyer des moules nécessaire aux bons fonctionnements de la production.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe « Maintenance » qui contribue à l’efficacité d’un parc d’équipements à la fine pointe de la technologie dans le secteur automobile constituée de 22 presses à injection ainsi que de 20 cellules robotiques et de 200 moules. L’équipe technique très compétente est composée de dix électromécaniciens, de huit outilleurs et de deux employés de soutien.
Vous évoluerez dans une entreprise reconnue par ses bonnes pratiques en gestion d’un service de la maintenance mesurant sa performance et désirant peaufiner ses méthodes.
vos tâches plus précisement seront :- Opérer toutes les machines du département d'usinage.
- Lire et interpréter les plans et devis.
- Faire l'entretien, la réparation ou les modifications des moules.
- Fabriquer des fixtures et des « jigs » pour la production.
- Faire les mises en production selon les pièces à fabriquer sur la machine.
Détenir un DEP en usinage ou en mécanique industrielle, ou posséder une expérience pertinente équivalente.
- Savoir lire et interpréter les plans et devis.
- Maîtriser les outils conventionnels suivant : tour, milling, rectifieuse.
- Maîtriser le soudage à l’Arc, au MIG et au TIG.
- Savoir faire des conversations de mesures impériales et métriques.
- Utiliser les instruments de mesure de précision (pied à coulisse - micromètre, etc.).
- Être reconnue pour son travail de précision et d’exactitude et avoir un bon sens de l’observation.
- Travailler en équipe.
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités et l'esprit d'initiative
