Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of permanent part-time Gas Bar Clerk (24-39 hours/week) at our 2nd Avenue C-Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the 2nd Avenue C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a working knowledge of point of sale, fuel pump, and propane systems.
Receive, price, and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Able to work independently while planning and organizing your own tasks.
Able to fulfill physical job requirements  standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Able to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
