Pediatric and Orthodontic Practice Manager

Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners is hiring a Regional Practice Manager to lead our pediatric and orthodontic dental teams. This role focuses on optimizing operations for exceptional patient experiences and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for the overall performance and productivity of our practices. Identifying challenges, implementing strategies for growth, and fostering collaboration with internal departments are key aspects of this position. You will drive operational excellence and ensure practices meet critical performance indicators effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of pediatric and orthodontic practices
- Develop strategies to optimize practice performance
- Execute action plans based on company initiatives
- Liaise effectively with corporate and practice teams
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and marketing for solutions
- At least 2 years as an Office Manager in Orthodontic Dentistry
- Strong supervisory or management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations
- Accountability for operational and financial results
- Effective staff management abilities
