Bilingual Mobile Mortgage Advisor Canada

Leverage your mortgage expertise as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor at CIBC in Canada. This remote role provides the flexibility to support clients in achieving their home ownership dreams. As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team, you'll use your banking experience to offer personalized mortgage advice and build meaningful client relationships. This role focuses on client engagement, business development, and community involvement, allowing you to thrive remotely while occasionally meeting clients on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to clients’ needs
- Engage with clients to enhance their home ownership experience
- Develop a sales plan to convert leads into clients
- Collaborate with Banking Centre teams for personalized support
- Network with realtors and other businesses to generate opportunities
- Bilingual in French and English for broader client support
- Strong experience in mortgage lending and documentation
- Proven skills in business development and client service
- Exceptional relationship building and networking abilities
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
