Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer journey mapping and business discovery workshops.
- Design and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions.
- Develop unified customer profiles and audience segmentation strategies.
- Define identity resolution, schema design, and data ingestion frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, data, and technology teams.
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout implementation and deployment.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Data, Martech, Digital Architecture, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Robust experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience design.
- Expertise in identity resolution, schema design, and data modeling.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Analytics / Tags / Data Collection
- Utilities, Energy, Telecom, or other regulated industry experience
- Adobe Certifications (AEP/CDP Architect/Developer)
