Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
Develop automated test suites using Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide fast, reliable feedback.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes, improve testability, and prevent production defects.
Define quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform performance, load, and reliability testing as needed.
Review code, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion automation-first practices.
Mentor junior engineers on automation, tooling, and quality engineering principles.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering.
Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD systems.
Deep understanding of testing strategies for distributed systems, APIs, and modern web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence engineering teams and drive organization-wide quality improvements.
