Lead transformative fundraising efforts with United Way Winnipeg as the Vice-President, Generosity. Drive donor engagement and inspire community action to foster social change in Winnipeg. United Way Winnipeg seeks a strategic Vice-President, Generosity to guide philanthropic initiatives. This leadership role emphasizes community engagement, donor stewardship, and the creation of a compelling giving experience. You'll report directly to the President & CEO, being key in enhancing donor relations and advancing fundraising strategies for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy for ongoing success
- Design engaging, values-driven donor experiences
- Oversee the Campaign for the Community Fund's execution
- Identify and adapt to emerging philanthropic trends
- Build strong partnerships with community sectors
- Proven senior leadership experience in fundraising or philanthropy
- Record of successful team development and collaboration
- Ability to craft innovative engagement strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to community impact and values-driven leadership
