Compensation: $1,950–$2,275 biweekly, plus opportunity to earn $37/hour for specialized projects
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Various job sites across Greater Victoria
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team!
This role starts as part-time and can grow into a full-time position for the right person.
We are also hiring separately for part-time and on-call positions , for those looking for more flexible scheduling.
You'll work on both residential and post-construction job sites, delivering high-quality cleaning services.
What We Offer
- Biweekly pay: $1,950–$2,275
- $37/hour for specialized projects

- 5 paid sick days per year (as per BC Employment Standards)
- No nights, weekends, or holiday shifts (optional weekend work may be available)

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Physically able to perform active cleaning tasks (light lifting under 10 lbs)
- Basic English skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clean criminal record – a background check will be required
- Positive attitude — we're looking for people who take pride in what they do!
- Experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person
