Senior Account Director: Growth & Strategic Leadership

AV Communications Inc

AV Communications, a Toronto-based multicultural marketing agency, is hiring an Account Director to lead senior client relationships, drive strategic and creative excellence, and ensure profitable growth of designated accounts.

The role requires strong client leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage diverse teams across strategy, creative, media, and production. You will own relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue growth with senior stakeholders.
