Join Agoda as a Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics expert, influencing strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impact. This role emphasizes data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth. As a Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics expert at Agoda, you will own critical commercial initiatives that align with business goals. Your responsibilities include executing strategies that focus on pricing and customer metrics while leveraging your analytical skills to support experimentation and decision-making across markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies for customer retention
  • Oversee measurement and experimentation initiatives
  • Analyze large datasets and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams for execution alignment
  • Develop scalable frameworks for ongoing initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in analytics or marketing growth roles
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Expertise in analytical problem-solving
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree
