Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Management Trainee?

We are looking for growth-oriented Management Trainees to join various franchise locations across Canada.

Candidates will learn many aspects of a small to mid-size business, which may include designing, permit drawings, material take offs, project management, selling and building custom projects, and providing customer service. These are typically full-time seasonal positions that can extend to year-round work.

Qualifications

Qualifications will vary according to location. All who have a passion for construction and business are encouraged to apply. As a Management Trainee at Hickory Dickory Decks we look for candidates who can thrive in a multi-task, deadline oriented, self-motivating environment. These applicants require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Education And Experience May Include

Working towards or graduate of a Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Business or Commerce related program
BCIN designation
AutoCad/ SketchUp experience
Proficiency with MS Office
G2/G driver’s license and own transportation

Salary & Benefits

Compensation is competitive and based on education, experience, and qualifications.

Wage varies from minimum wage to $30/hour and may include other compensation such as bonuses, company vehicles and benefits.
