Post-Merger Integration Lead

Lead post-merger integration at Alliance Nav by coordinating eight workstreams, tracking commitments, and resolving cross-functional issues. Work across English and French teams, including Quebec City.As Integration Management Office Lead, you will keep teams, systems, and processes moving according to plan. The position requires post-merger integration or program management experience, strong organization, and comfort across finance, operations, HR, and IT. You will maintain visibility from workstream owners through senior leadership and the board.Key Responsibilities:
Own the integration plan across eight named workstreamsRun weekly trackers and workstream check-insLead bi-weekly steering committee meetingsIdentify slippage and resolve cross-workstream conflictsReport progress, risks, and value deliveredRequirements:
Fully bilingual in English and FrenchPost-merger integration or program management experienceExperience with small or mid-sized services or industrial companiesComfort across finance, operations, HR, and ITHighly organized and consistent with follow-upBring structure, accountability, and bilingual communication to Alliance Nav’s post-merger integration across teams, systems, and processes.
