This role is responsible for managing operations across our Whistler Blackcomb locations and facilitating sales of ticket and pass products, group and private lessons, and summer and winter activities year-round.Job SpecificationsStarting Wage: $52,000.00 - $72,841.60Employment Type: Year RoundShift Type: Full Time hours availableMinimum Age: At least 18 years of ageHousing Availability: No Manage daily operations of in person Guest Services locations and our Call Centre, including collaboration with other departments, and provide frontline support as necessary.Coordinate selling and training of lesson products (Snow School and Bike School), Season Passes, Lift Tickets, and Summer and Winter Activities with a focus on guest experience.Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Coach and develop frontline Product Sales and Services team through 1:1s and performance reviews, recognition, and performance management.Support planning of employee engagement events and prioritize attendance.Assist with hiring, support, training, and scheduling Product Sales and Services team members.Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providing timely resolutions.Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgetsParticipate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on Product Sales and Services operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.Develop and execute sales incentives, training and in-season training.Collaborate with all key stakeholders with high attention to effective communication to all guest and employee offerings and ramp-up/ramp-down for locations.Assist in developing and executing projects with attention to maintaining deadlines, and key performance indicators.Deliver on a high-quality working environment with a focus on guest service improvement and operational excellence.Other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or CAEC required; some college preferred3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field preferredStrong computer skills including Microsoft applicationsMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeFlexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elementsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekendsIn completing this application, and when submitting related documentation, applicants may redact information that identifies their age, date of birth, and/or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor.
