Influence products used by millions.As a Staff Data Scientist, Growth, you will partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations. You will turn ambiguous questions into measurable impact across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience. Your work will support Bitcoin-focused financial products used by Canadians.Key Responsibilities:
Improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experienceDefine KPIs and success metrics for measurable outcomesApply causal inference, forecasting, and machine learning techniquesBuild dashboards, models, and self-serve growth toolsShape priorities with data-informed impact, tradeoff, and ROI perspectivesRequirements:
8+ years in data science, growth analytics, or related rolesStrong proficiency in SQL and PythonDeep understanding of experimentation and statistical analysisExperience partnering cross-functionally across business teamsStrong communication and autonomous project execution skillsBring growth analytics, experimentation, SQL, and Python expertise to help Shakepay better serve Canadians.
