You'll support lawyers and enhance client satisfaction while adapting to diverse demands and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain lawyer dockets and prepare client billings
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and facilitate communication
- Organize and archive client files per firm protocols
- Manage correspondence and ensure deadlines are met
- Post-secondary education in Business or related fields
- 3 to 4 years as a legal assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient with legal accounting and document systems
- Exceptional communication skills for client interactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
