Senior Major Incident Analyst (Spanish) - Full time

• Lead major incident bridges involving support teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Establish command and control during business-critical technology outages.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, network, database, security, vendor, and business teams.
• Drive teams toward the shortest and safest path to service restoration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to business and technology executives.
• Manage several technical workstreams and escalations simultaneously.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and help identify root causes, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify ongoing risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Recommend improvements to enterprise incident-management processes.

• Professional fluency in  English and Spanish , both spoken and written.
• At least 5+ years of direct Major Incident Management experience .
• Significant hands-on experience personally leading major incident bridges.
• Experience coordinating support teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong executive communication skills, including experience working with VP-level or higher stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments and full-stack technologies.
• Ability to remain composed, establish priorities, assess risk, and make sound decisions during high-pressure outages.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• ITIL Foundation certification —ITIL v3, ITIL 2011, or ITIL 4.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Sciences, or an equivalent field.
