General building and property maintenance services to the building and grounds. Mechanically included with a basic working knowledge of construction and building materials, electricity, pneumatics, heating and cooling, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25kg
- Maintain inventory of new equipment, manuals and warranties
- Basic computer skills
- Proper footwear (approved steel toed boots) - yearly allowance given
- A desire to work with seniors
- Driver's Licence
- Strong cooperative abilities
- Must have WHMIS, First Aid and any other courses required by Acadia Foundation and updated on a regular basis
