Remote Compensation & Analytics Lead

Affirm

Affirm is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Lead to own end-to-end compensation operations, coordinating with Radford and Pave to ensure programs are competitive and compliant. You will manage semiannual processes and lead market benchmarking to position we attract and retain talent.

You will analyze data across geographies, drive annual studies for cash and equity structures, report on pay across regions, and support training and communications for teams.
