Vice President of Energy Services

Axis Insurance

Axis Insurance Managers Inc. seeks a Vice President of Energy Services to revolutionize commercial insurance solutions. Your leadership will champion growth and enhance client relationships.
In this influential role, you will strategically develop marketing initiatives while managing a dedicated insurance book. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and insurers will be essential to this position. You will also be tasked with conducting regular reviews, mentoring support staff, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and top-notch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives
• Oversee client service and insurance management
• Conduct client meetings to assess ongoing needs
• Foster strong connections with insurers
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members
Requirements:
• Alberta Insurance Agent Level 2 license required
• Preferable industry designations like CIP or CAIB
• Post-secondary education is advantageous
• Experience in using EPIC broker systems
• Specialty insurance experience desired
