Titre de poste : Coordonnateur(trice) des opérations
Se rapporte à : Gestionnaire de station / Gestionnaire des opérations / Superviseurs
Mandat : Accomplir toutes les tâches opérationnelles et d'entrepôt liées aux opérations quotidiennes de la station, assurant l'efficacité et la conformité aux normes de l'entreprise.
Fonctions principales
Décharger les remorques et vérifier le fret par rapport aux manifestes
Scanner, trier et traiter les colis, y compris les articles défectueux et les retours
Effectuer des audits de fourgonnettes et soutenir les opérations de tri
Superviser l'expédition, la réception, l'expédition et la gestion des stocks
Maintenir les systèmes d'entrepôt et assurer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Traiter les déclarations et remplir la documentation requise conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard
Gérer les ramassages des clients et (assistance à la réception du client)
Résoudre les problèmes de livraison en suivant les SOP et en coordonnant avec les équipes concernées
Faire remonter les cas spéciaux à la gestion au besoin
Imprimer les étiquettes et préparer la documentation requise
Traiter les déclarations des courtiers et les expéditions de retour aux clients
Préparer des rapports quotidiens et maintenir des dossiers précis
Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données au besoin.
Attribuer et surveiller les tâches de travail, y compris la révision des rapports Power BI
Former et encadrer les nouveaux employés
Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations pour maintenir les normes de qualité
Accomplir les tâches assignées par le superviseur au besoin
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sans risques
Respecter tous les protocoles de santé et sécurité
Offrir du soutien aux clients et aux IDC
Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et courriel
Traiter les demandes de service à la clientèle par courriel
Nettoyer et ranger son espace de travail ainsi que l’entrepôt.
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Environnement de travail : Entrepôt à rythme rapide avec horaires basés sur les quarts de travail.
