Advises on the roadmap, priorities, milestones, outcomes, and success measuresLeverages Cognizant COE expertise for proactive recommendations and best practices that accelerate and de-risk delivery.Holds accountability for transformation outcomes from D2D desk, change adoption of D2D, and value realization.Drives governance structure and continuous service improvement post-production roll out.Matures the BAU team toward operational stability, process enhancements to sustain performance post-production.Sustains a standing daily touchpoint with the Product Owner to keep priorities, timelines, and blockers continuously synchronized.Key Responsibilities
Co-establishes the joint roadmap and sequences releases against value and risk.Curates the right talent into the core team and holds it accountable to standard.Serves as escalation POC for Cognizant resources.Institutionalizes governance and steers a clean transition to a mature, stable BAU.Key Interfaces & Stakeholders
